改性沥青的流变学行为研究

摘要:

为探究不同系列原料制备的改性沥青的流变性性能,以煤沥青、石油沥青为原料,通过热聚合制备不同软化点的改性沥青。分别考察了原料、软化点、温度等对改性沥青流变性能的影响。结果表明,相同工艺制备得到的软化点相同的改性沥青,同一温度下煤沥青流变性能优于石油沥青,当测试温度高于软化点30℃以上时,沥青接近于牛顿流体,其黏度与剪切速率无关;同一原料制备得到的改性沥青,随着软化点增高,聚合程度增高,对温度的敏感性增强。

Abstract:

In order to study the rheological properties of modified pitches prepared by different series of raw materials,modified pitches with different softening points were prepared by thermal polymerization from coal tar pitch or petroleum bitumen.The effects of raw materials,softening point and temperature on rheological properties of modified pitches were investigated.The results show that the modified pitches with the same softening point prepared by the same process has better rheological properties than petroleum bitumen at the same temperature.When the test temperature is above 30 ℃,the pitch is close to Newtonian fluid,and its viscosity has nothing to do with the shear rate.The modified pilch prepared from the same raw material,with the softening point increased,the degree of polymerization increased and the sensitivity to temperature increased.
